MEET DR. IMRAN SHARIEF

Dr. Imran Sharief is a physician and community leader committed to building a safer, stronger, and more prosperous Anaheim. With a lifetime devoted to caring for others, he is running for mayor to restore trust in City Hall, strengthen Anaheim’s neighborhoods, and deliver a brighter tomorrow for every family.

Dr. Imran Sharief is a physician specializing in pulmonary medicine, critical care, sleep medicine, and internal medicine. He is the owner and medical director of HelpUSleep Center and has served patients at hospitals across Southern California for more than 15 years.

He is also the founder and president of Pakistan Meri Jaan, a nonprofit organization, and an advisor to Shine Humanity.

Dr. Sharief earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1991 and is board-certified in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Every Anaheim resident deserves to feel safe at home, at work, and in their neighborhood. Imran will make public safety a top priority by supporting the men and women who keep our communities safe, strengthening prevention and response efforts, and ensuring every part of Anaheim receives the attention and resources it deserves.
Anaheim should be a city where families can afford to build a life and a future. Imran will focus on easing the pressures facing working families, expanding opportunities for attainable housing, and protecting residents from unnecessary costs and burdens. A thriving Anaheim begins with families who have the stability and opportunity to succeed.
Anaheim is home to world-class destinations, hardworking entrepreneurs, and businesses of every size. Imran will work to attract investment, support small businesses, create good-paying jobs, and make Anaheim a place where businesses can start, grow, and stay. A strong local economy means greater opportunity for residents and a stronger foundation for essential city services.
Trust in City Hall must be earned. Imran will insist on transparency, fiscal responsibility, and the highest ethical standards in city government. He will safeguard taxpayer dollars, demand accountability for how public resources are spent, and ensure decisions are driven by what is best for Anaheim residents—not political insiders or special interests.
No matter what part of Anaheim you call home, you should be able to count on clean streets, well-maintained parks, reliable infrastructure, and responsive city services. Imran will focus on the everyday fundamentals that directly affect residents' quality of life and ensure every neighborhood receives the investment, attention, and service it deserves.
